Unsticking

I've been going through something

I'm calling

Unsticking

To unstick one must -

dive --

into the deep --

the uncomfy

Like a submarine in peanut butter

It's slowww -

and explorative -

and --

sticky

And yet,

So necessary.

To unstick

one must face

all the reasons

they became sticky

They must honor

why they saved it for later -

and that -

it is now later

How else will we set ourselves free?
